John 15. Day 220 - The New Testament in a Year

The Vine and Branches.  Love One Another.  The World Will Hate You.  

“If the world hates you, understand that it hated me before it hated you.  If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own. However, because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of it, the world hates you. - John 15:18-19

Is your life connected to a source that truly sustains you? In John 15, Jesus gives His followers a beautiful picture of staying close to Him, like branches on a vine, emphasizing the need to remain deeply rooted in Him to bear fruit that lasts. We explore how God nurtures, prunes, and strengthens us, revealing a loving God who desires a close, personal relationship. This chapter also calls us to love others with Christ’s selfless love, reminding us that His example sets the standard.
